Starting Your Transformation Journey: Part 3

I remember when my wife and I had our third child, our second was just about through with the diaper phase and was now starting to sleep through the night. And bam out comes number three.

A few weeks after we brought him home, it was time for me to get more involved in the duties of caring for a newborn. You know, getting up in the middle of the night to feed him, change his diaper, entertaining him until he would decide to fall back to sleep. I remember thinking to myself, “here we go again!”

There were two things that I vividly remember that really helped me to get through those sleepless nights – country western movies and this phrase I would frequently tell myself, “embrace the journey.”

In this episode of Life Without Limits TV, as I wrapped up this series on Starting Your Transformation Journey, I’m going share with you some tips on how to embrace your transformation journey so it can become a rewarding experience for you. It’s Requires Work, But It’s Worth It!

There’s an old saying, “Anything worth having is worth fighting for.” Well, in this case, you may not have to fight, but you will have to work for it. If you really want to experience a transformation in your life it will require work and effort on your part. Some of the work will be emotional, physical in some sense, as well as mentally challenging. But the rewards will be so worth it, you’ll want others to have the same experience.

4 Tips for Embracing the Journey

  1. Keep the end goal in view
  2. Don’t rush the process
  3. Expect some pain
  4. Remember, you’re on a journey, this is not your destination
